At cmorrowart.com, each piece of art is a reflection of Christine Morrow’s vision and legacy. We take great care in presenting and delivering her work. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.

Physical Prints & Products

We want you to be satisfied with your order. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@cmorrowart.com
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
We’ll offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation

Returns are not accepted for reasons of buyer’s remorse or personal taste, as each item is made to order.

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products:

All sales are final.
No refunds or exchanges are offered once a file has been downloaded.
If you experience technical issues accessing your file, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it.

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost or delayed:

We’ll work with the carrier to investigate
Refunds or replacements may be offered depending on the outcome

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production hasn’t started
After that, cancellations are not guaranteed
